Words cannot even express my obsession with this bread. The flavor is phenomenal- I won’t lie, 1/4 of the bread was eaten during transit to my home, it is just that good. The flavors come together in the most perfect way. You can tell he takes care to hydrate the dough with the right amount of water. I highly recommend!
