West Coast Sourdough

Blend of stone milled flours, with a patient fermentation process. This loaf takes 3 days to make, but it yields a perfect crust and open crumb. This bread serves as a great vehicle for toast and/or a sandwich/grilled cheese. If there are any bits left over, we enjoy cubing them up and roasting them in the oven with some olive oil and herbs, for a perfect crouton.
